Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger plans to go on the attack as his team bid for revenge in Saturday's Premier League showdown at Manchester United.
Wenger believes Arsenal were too timid as they slumped to a 4-1 aggregate defeat against United in the Champions League semi-finals last season.
But the Gunners have made a flying start to the new campaign and travel to Old Trafford on the back of four successive wins after securing their place in the Champions League group stages with a 3-1 win over Celtic on Wednesday.
That play-off second leg victory followed hot on the heels of crushing Premier League victories over Everton and Portsmouth and Wenger is convinced Arsenal are in the right frame of mind to make amends for that lacklustre European exit against United.
Wenger was encouraged by the way his young team set the tempo during a goalless draw at Old Trafford in the league late last season and will send them out to do the same again on Saturday. Click to read more...
